Q) How old do I have to be to register for Driver's Ed?

In the State of Indiana, you must be at least 15 years old on the first day of the course.

You can register for Driver's Ed via our sign-up page.

Q) What identification do I need for my Learner's Permit?
A)
When applying for a learner's permit, you must present documents of identification proving your identity: Social Security number, lawful status and Indiana residency.

Q) How old do I have to be to get my license?
A) If you take Driver's Ed through Hoosier Driving and successfully complete the course, then you must be 16 and 90 days before you can get your license.

Q) As a parent, how do I know how my child is doing in class?

Hoosier Driving Academy's exclusive online feedback system will email you at your registered email address after every major event that your child completes. These events include chapter tests, driving sessions, project grades, etc.
